With our safe process, you don't need to pay until you have a confirmation from the resort.

The Process

Four steps to a week at Vidanta.

Your side of the page stays short on purpose. Here's each step, and exactly what lands on you versus what lands on us.

First you need to fill out the form to Check Availability.
Availability changes daily, so we will call and check the date and location for you.
Our goal is to respond within 24 hours or less. We will inform you of what is available to meet your vacation needs.

Wait ! We strongly recommend checking airfare before you confirm with us that you are ready to book.
We will book the unit for you and send a confirmation within 24 hours.

You don't pay until you get a confirmation number that you can verify with the resort's central reservations. We then request full payment.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or check.
Credit card or Paypal with our secure system is also available with a processing fee.
