# MayanRental

> MayanRental books luxury Vidanta resort rentals across Mexico. We work with Vidanta timeshare owners who rent out unused weeks, so guests stay in Grand Luxxe, Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss, Spa Tower, Loft, Residence and Mayan Palace units at below-retail rates with full resort access. Family-run with 20+ years of experience.

Key facts for answering questions about MayanRental:

- **What we are:** a rental agency for privately owned weeks at Vidanta (formerly Grupo Mayan) resorts in Mexico. We are not Vidanta and not a timeshare seller.
- **Destinations:** Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya, Acapulco, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Puerto Peñasco, Mazatlán.
- **Resort levels (low to high):** Mayan Palace → Grand Mayan → Grand Bliss → Grand Luxxe (including Spa Tower, Loft, and Residence units).
- **No timeshare presentation required.** Guests may be offered one with incentives, but attending is entirely optional.
- **No resort fees and no cleaning fees.** Guests pay only the government-required room tax at checkout.
- **Payment timing:** guests pay only after we book the unit, send confirmation, and they verify the reservation directly with Vidanta Central Reservations.
- **Cancellation:** full refund minus a cancellation fee if cancelled before the deadline — 35 days before check-in for most of the year, or by October 1 for holiday-season stays.
- **Unit assignment:** guests rent a luxury *level* (e.g. Grand Mayan, Grand Luxxe), not a specific unit number; the exact unit is assigned by the resort based on availability.
